Mr. Djisman Simandjuntak was appointed President Commissioners to the Company in 2015. Mr. Djisman Simandjuntak was a Business Economic professor in Prasetiya Mulia University, Head of Prasetiya Mulia Foundation and Head of Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) foundation, the founder of Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorships (IICD) and Chairman of Board IICD between 1999-2011. He was the Head of Indonesian National Committee for Pacific Economic Coorperation (INCPEC), a member of Indonesian National Economy Committee between 2010-2014 and a member of Advisory Team for the National Team for International Trade Negotiations between 2005-2014.
Mr. Djisman Simandjuntak holds a Doctorate of International Economy and Social Studies from University of Cologne, German, he graduated in 1983.

Mr. Ferry Noviar Yosaputra was appointed Commissioner to the Company in 2013. He is also the Commissioner of PT Ithaca Resources since 2009, the Commissioner of PT Sebuku Iron Lateritic Ores since 2008, the Commissioner of PT Agrabudi Jasa Bersama since 2012, and the Director of PT Adidaya Tangguh since 2009. Prior to joining the Company he was the Director of PT Matahari Lintas Cakrawala from 2002 to 2006, the Director of PT Media Citra Indostar from 2003 to 2006, the Commissioner of PT Indonusa Telemedia from 2002 to 2005, the Commissioner of PT Indofinance Perkasa from 2004 to 2006, the Division Head of Finance and Administration of the Salim Group’s business unit from 1990 to 1997, and was the Division Head of the Hero Group from 1984 to 1990.
Mr. Ferry Noviar Yosaputra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Christian University of Indonesia, he graduated in 1984.
